Dr. Meeks uses poets, wisdom seekers from various traditions and psychological theorists to explore why we place limitations on our lives and well-being. She will offer new perspectives and solutions, teaching us ways to strengthen our spirit as we take deeper and stronger breaths of life. |

Breath also enables us to relax, become calm and restore the quality of our lives. Dr. Murphy shares her expertise in integrating medical science with the mind/body/spirit dynamics of living. She'll discuss these concepts and provide practical exercises that we can use when we need to "breathe." |
